I am Microsoft certified technician, desktop support track, and I worked on campus at the computer lab as computer consultant. As a college student I used PowerPoint for over 7 years. I also have been teaching for over 10 years and make things easy for students by breaking down skills to details which are easy to learn.

I am Microsoft Certified Technician, desktop support. As Microsoft Word is the only word processing program accepted in academics, I have used the program for the past 20 years consistently and assisted college students with troubleshooting the program, recovering documents, with various features and advanced settings.
